_The role of the Marketing Executive at Kiki McDonough is to assist the Marketing Director in the implementation of all marketing, communication and brand strategies, with a focus on offline (but with some digital support) Always ensuring brand consistency across all brand touchpoints with a strong emphasis on brand marketing, wholesale, CRM and PR.
Marketing Executive Main Responsibilities:
- Assistance across all categories of marketing with a focus offline
- Organise new product photography, communicating clear timelines of assets to all departments and external agencies
- Organise product photography/images and PR loans for shoots, product placement and VIP loans
- Helping with events planning, third parties and overall execution
- Wholesale marketing preparing and updating assets and image portal (when live)
- Managing New product flashes and price lists with the Merchandising team preparing and communicating in a timely manner to the wider team.
- Assisting with blog and content creating and publishing articles
- With the MD/EM implement new CRM tools and build a client relationship programme
- Help coordinating photoshoot schedules and managing third party suppliers
- Assist with market research and regularly monitor and present competitor and industry analysis
- Ad hoc support where required
- High interest and understanding in luxury communications
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Photoshop preferable as well as CRM tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to motivate yourself as well as being a strong team player
- Affinity with Luxury and ideally with jewellery (although not essential)
The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Marketing Director as well as key relationships with wider business stakeholders such as Managing Director, Ecommerce Manager, Merchandising Manager and CEO.
