Aftersales Specialist - Greenhous Nissan, Featherbed Lane


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, i.e. 45 hrs hours per week, with one hour (unpaid) lunch break. Saturdays on a rota basis.


Salary:
£25,903.00 per annum


A new opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Specialist to join our Nissan dealership in Shrewsbury reporting to the Aftersales Manager.


Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.


What you'll be doing:


  • Upselling work identified during vehicle health checks.
  • Sales of service plans and other retention products.
  • Making vehicle bookings from incoming enquiries.
  • Making reminder calls to customers whose vehicles are due a service and MOT.
  • Referring customers to our Sales department.
  • Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face.

What we need from you:


  • Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Able to follow both the company and manufacturer working guidelines and policies.
  • Work alongside a variety of team members within different departments.
  • Customer Service and Sales experience.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
