Self-Employed Driving Instructors

We are looking for talented and experienced Approved Driving Instructors (ADI)


Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving lessons for individuals with varying skill levels.
• Educate learners on defensive driving techniques.
• Advocate and reinforce safe driving practices.
• Evaluate learner progress and develop tailored support strategies.
• Customize lesson plans and adjust teaching approaches.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and reflective insights.
• Uphold the brand's vision, mission, and standards of professionalism.

Experience:

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Accreditation as an ADI driving instructor with demonstrated experience.
• A profound comprehension of traffic laws and uptodate regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to remain patient and composed in difficult circumstances.
• Desirable possession of an updated CPD portfolio.

Qualifications:
Qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI)

Pass Plus registered (Desirable)

This role will require proof of declared qualifications, an Enhanced DBS check and certified documents to prove your right to work in the UK.
