We are representing a leading construction safety consultancy operating in the Central Scotland region.

Their team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety on construction sites, promoting a safe working environment for all.


Role Overview:


We are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Adviser to conduct site inspections on construction sites in and around Central Scotland.

This is a part-time but leading to a full time, remote-based position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide guidance and advice to construction teams on safety best practices.
  • Maintain records of site inspections and report findings to the Health and Safety Manager.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address any safety concerns.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on health and safety topics.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements:


  • Hold the NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar
  • Previous experience in Health and Safety within the construction industry (essential).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • IT literate and able to use digital tools for reporting and communication.
  • Selfdisciplined and able to manage own workload effectively.
  • Full current driving license.
