We are helping a collaborative company recruit a Client Experience Advisor, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £23.63/hr (inside IR35).

As a Client Experience Advisor, you'll be an expert in the company's brands to achieve a 'right first time' response and the highest level of customer service.

You'll be responding to clients' enquiries and complaints on an exciting vehicle lineup and products.

You'll be part of a large team, working in a busy and energetic environment whilst managing inbound and proactive contacts to and from customers, retailers, and third parties on a daily basis.

Identifying and managing any complaints on the initial contact and handover seamlessly to the Customer Solutions team
Being an expert in the company's brands and products
Identifying prospective customers and generating leads to the Retailer network
Verifying all contacts and updating the SV-CRM system to ensure complete Data Protection compliance
Acting as a role model for company values, Customer First Principles and Behaviours
Customer Service background
Computer literate
Excellent stakeholder negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to outline information in a straightforward manner
Be resultsorientated with a determination to make things happen
Clear demonstration of a Customer First mindset in everything you do
