Our Portfolio Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the customer service they deserve throughout their time with us.

This is why we are looking for someone with great
communication, relationship skills and a
passion **for negotiation to become our next Portfolio manager end of tenancy specialist.


The role:


You will be working as part of a team of end of tenancy specialists negotiating all end of tenancy matters with our tenants and landlords.


  • Negotiating end of tenancy deposits
  • Organising end of tenancy repairs and maintenance
  • Having a competent lettings legislation to help and support where necessary
We're not just looking for good customer service; we are looking for Portfolio Managers who can adapt to the varying needs of our tenants and landlords and go that extra mile

If you don't already have this qualification you will be required to study for it, and Countrywide will support you to achieve the required standards
