Description
Very successful, food business in the FMCG sector are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.

  • You will provide technical HR expertise and coaching support to the management teams within the sites across your Region and to act as a true business partner in researching and analysing where and when HR interventions will add value to the business andminimise risk.
  • To work with your operational partners to develop a robust 1 to 3 Year People plan across your Region which supports the wider business plans.
  • As a key part of the HR team the role works across the business to lead and influence change at a strategic level.
  • This is a regional role with approximately 2/3 days per week spent at company sites. We are ideally looking for an individual based around the Nottingham / Midlands / Yorkshire locations.
  • You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with experience of remote Leadership.
You will ideally have either manufacturing / logistics or food experience.

Strong Employment Law knowledge, experience of business partnering operational teams to improve operational effectiveness through building capability, organisational design, and workplaceculture improvement.
