£23-25k + Bonus
Our client, a specialist talent provider, is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join their Talent Partnering Team.

Overview:

The core purpose of the role is:

Support designated Talent Partner Solution
Ad hoc project support (both stakeholder engagement, and administrative)
Ensure company processes are followed and standards maintained throughout the recruitment process.
End to end recruitment support (CV submissions, interviews, offers, etc.)
Provide data and reporting support to the business on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
Representing the client brand in all activities carried out.

Role responsibilities:

Coordinate prompt interview follow up; obtain feedback from the consultant and relay to client stakeholder. See the process through to resolution (offer or rejection)
Set up and attend regular touch point meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of account functions.
Attend ad hoc briefing calls with clients and hiring managers as required.
Promptly escalate any client challenges to the Talent Acquisition Manager, to successfully resolve.
Collaborate with the finance team to fulfil placement requirements and resolve queries.
Produce client reports as required, such as quarterly performance dashboards.
Produce allocated business reports, to deadline, including, but not limited to: placements, pending starters, vacancy ownership etc.
Supporting with supplier management / engagement
Producing market intel as required
Supporting with wider marketing initiatives / campaigns (content, events etc)
