About the role

Are you an ambitious, creative, and results-driven individual with a passion for brands that empower creators and entrepreneurs? Look no further We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Executive to partner with the Global Brand Manager and Founders, supporting across the main channels for Xite Energy, an innovative nootropic energy drink, and Fuel for Founders, a game-changing podcast channel for today's fearless entrepreneurs.

As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing/publishing & reporting on brand awareness and activation campaigns across social media & out of home marketing events.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Create and develop content plans aligned with brand strategy.
Schedule and post content across organic social media channels.
Work with the team to ideate new marketing content that will drive brand awareness.
Build and manage a community of followers dedicated to the products.
Collaborate with supporting influencers, agencies and freelancers to continue to deliver high quality content.
Attend events alongside the team to build in person brand awareness.
Report and review success of campaigns to drive improvements.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of social media marketing experience.
Experience across marketing campaign generation and implementation.
Well versed across social media channels Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Able to make the brand 'stand out from the crowd' whilst also guiding the business through social trends.
Copywriting skills.
An entrepreneurial mind.
