**Full Time, PermanentThe Executive Office are looking to recruit a Senior Executive Assistant to join our highly experienced team supporting the senior leaders at Bristol City Council.
The Senior Executive Assistant works closely with the Executive Assistants and Executive Support Manager in each Directorate.
In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, setting up events, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
You will support the aims, objectives and priorities of the Executive Director by working collaboratively and effectively with all relevant Bristol City Council teams and colleagues and with external stakeholders.
You will also assist the Executive Support Manager in maintaining the efficient operation of directorate business and affairs enabling efficiency in our practices.
- You have a proven track record in administration and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You will be able to form effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels and must be highly organised, with a flexible, proactive, and supportive approach to work
To thrive in this role, you will need to be a great team player, have a can-do attitude and you will have excellent attention to detail to ensure progress and oversight across multiple workstreams.
