  • Proven experience in Engineering and/or Facilities Management
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, with a people-first approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets and vendor relationships transparently

  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings and technical installations
  • Ensure compliance of all systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) with regulatory and safety standards <+
