We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis due to contract wins and a growing client base.

If you have tip top organisational skills, are great on the phone and like working in a fast paced environment thenthis could be the job for you.


Job Overview

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Book selfsponsor and corporate clients onto training courses and send subsequent course confirmation and joining instructions
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure appropriate courses are selected and accurate information is provided to all client enquiries.
  • Maintain bookings database and ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide regular updates to Operations Manager if additional courses are required and where demand dictates.

  • General administration duties.
  • Positively promote the company at all times and help to develop the client base under the guidance and supervision of management.

Key Experience/Skills Profile

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people
  • Good organisational skills with ability to remain calm during busy periods and meet tight deadlines
  • Good teamplayer with a flexible approach to work activities
  • Proficient working knowledge of office IT systems including MS Outlook & Excel
