Actaris is looking for a protection specialist in the Hertfordshire area.

As a protection specialist, you will be on hand to recommend the very best suite of protection insurance to our customers and give them peace of mind.

You will be the first representative to speak to each customer following their enquiry, so making a great first impression is key.

Your job is to conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their wants and needs then you will match them to the right policy for them.

Experience
You must have a high standard of customer service and previous experience in an advisory or consultative B2C position.

Proven experience working with targets & KPIs.

Team Player and drive to motivate yourself and others.
