NWSSP Procurement Services & Health Courier Services are a highly successful Division of NHS Shared Services Partnership, providing a procurement, supply chain, logistics and transport services across Wales to NHS and Social Care organisations.

The Quality & Service Improvement Team support major service improvement developments across the Division.

Multiple international management standard certifications are also held and this post will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and extension of these standards which will include audits and corrective action plans.


The post holder will provide support to full range of audit and administrative services to the Senior Service Improvement Office, Business Quality Manager (BQM) and Project Manager (Procurement Services), to a standard that enhances client's and colleagues' perception of Procurement Services and maintaining at all times the confidential aspects of the role.


Able to work in a fast paced environment, the post holder must have proven administrative and project support skills and be committed to providing a quality support service, working with a high degree of professionalism and be capable of managing a very diverse workload working to tight deadlines.

The post holder must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will be liaising with a spectrum of stakeholders.

They will be expected to work independently on their own initiative with mínimal supervision.

Blend of Office based & agile working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
