They are looking a
Roofing and Façade Designer to join their team. Working across sectors such as, Healthcare, Education, Leisure and Commercial.

As a Facade Designer you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for external envelope solutions:
roofing, cladding, aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and bespoke metal components.

Role Responsibilities

Design Development.
Material Selection.
Building Regulations and Standards Compliance.
Cost Estimation.
Detailing and Technical Drawings.
Collaboration with Project Teams.
Innovation and Research.
Quality Assurance.
Health and Safety.
Client Communication.

Criteria

A degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Practical experience and specialised training is also valuable.
Strong portfolio of previous successful projects.
