Welcome Pharmacy - Creebridge is looking for a dedicated and diligent Trainee Dispenser to join our team for 24 hours per week, primarily between Monday and Friday, 9am - 6pm, but we do require flexibility for a minimum of one in every four Saturdays.

As a Trainee Dispenser in our pharmacy, your role will encompass a broad range of tasks such as:

• Assisting in the dispensing of prescriptions
• Engaging with customers to offer advice and help
• Working with a range of IT and automated systems and technology to improve efficiency
• Utilising our Systemology approach to continually optimise our processes
• Supporting pharmacists and the pharmacy team with the daytoday tasks in the pharmacy
• Complying with legal and professional requirements and ethical standards
• Providing complete patient condifentiality at all times

You will become an integral part of our mission to deliver the best possible service to our community. Our Creebridge site is highly technologically and innovation driven and we seek someone who thrives in such an environment.

Key to our operation is the principle of Systemology. This approach enables us to standardise and optimise all of our processes, from customer engagement to medicine management.

Therefore, a key part of your role will be to continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective service for our patients.

No previous experience? No problem We're looking for motivated individuals willing to learn. This position offers the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience in a community pharmacy setting.
