TEKsystems are currently engaged with a global banking client to source a Audio Visual Engineer to work with the voice and AV services team.

This team is responsible for supporting EMEA AV end points, services, systems and all other aspects of AV and collaborationservices including MS Teams and voice and network infrastructure.

You will be responsible for supporting the business with external and internal meetings and events. Also support of AV Systems, Services and endpoints.

In addition to this the role includes the ability to provide support on the voice systems and servicesand where required provide warm hands support to other members of the Voice & AV Services and Network Team.


Experience in the followings:

  • The SME for audio visual and voice infrastructure.
  • Keeping abreast of industry audio visual and voice infrastructure technology and advancements.
  • Advise on audio visual and voice systems and solutions that will benefit the Bank.
  • Ability to lead AV and Voice design.
  • Install, maintain and upgrade AV and voice devices.
  • Install and maintain the AV and voice estate. Experience migrating AV estates from one provider to another.
  • Be responsible for AV and voice services, including circuit carriers and vendors.
  • Coordinate and deliver AV and voice service requests and the implementation of changes following the change control procedure.
