About Us

About the role


As Senior Project Manager, you will manage and lead a group of Project Managers within Ocado Technology, partnering with Engineering and Product, and working with relevant stream stakeholders to provide clarity of business requirements to realise and deliver great projects for our stakeholders.

You will actively contribute to projects and/or programmes which help the Technology mission in successfully delivering critical and essential projects.

You'll be working with others around the Ocado Group business to find great solutions which support the continued growth of our International clients.

In this role, you will be a go-to person for the projects you lead, and the point of escalation for your team, with great expertise, problem solving and knowledge sharing.


About you

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • Broad experience with managing multiple project or programmes, across different domains, built by engineering and product teams
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas in addition to the project craft, including product management, Engineering, UX/UI and Data Science
  • Mentoring or managing others effectively and supporting development
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, track and deliver on commitments
  • Ability to lead and direct your own and others work to achieve objectives
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
