Job description
As a long established family firm (1950), we are looking for staff with high standards and a positive attitude.

In return for a salary ranging from £ 25,000 to £ 35,000 according to ability, age and experience, in addition to further training, excellent job prospects, stability, responsibility and respect, you will join as a team member delivering the highest standards of service and competence.

You will be an experienced multi-trade maintenance person able to undertake domestic maintenance work in residential properties.

You must be able to drive and be able to commute easily to South East London (Greenwich area).

You must be able to;
Lay vinyl tile flooring (eg Amtico, Karndean)

Undertake basic plumbing - changing taps, washers (non-gas related)

Basic carpentry (including replacing door locks)

Painting and decorating

Glazing (replacing broken glass)

Basic bonding/plastering/wall skimming

Ceramic tiling (bathroom walls and floors)

Salary:
£ £ per year

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
