12-month fixed term contract job, paying £22,000 per annum + up to £2,000 annual performance bonus. Paid millage and travel time.

As a Field Interviewer, you will help governments and public sector organisations unlock some of the most difficult public policy challenges - from health to education, civil justice, environment, gender equality, lifestyle, migration, etc.
Your role can involve re-interviewing the same person over a period of time so our clients can understand physical, socio-emotional, cognitive, and behavioural development of the individual, as well as detailed information on their daily life, behaviour and experiences.
As a member of our contracted interview panel, you will hold a vital place in supporting our ability to deliver to our clients.
No prior experience is required, as you will receive accredited training to be successful.
You'll need to be confident and motivated to knock on peoples' doors, come rain or shine Not everyone will be expecting you, so good rapport building a communications skills are essential.
A target driven mindset will be helpful as your Regional Coordinator and Manager will work with you to set and meet targets for the surveys you have been allocated.
This is a contracted role of 35 hours per week, 50% of these hours will need to be in the evening (from 5pm) and at least 1 of your working day will need to be a weekend day.
Travel is expected, usually around 30 miles but you may be asked to travel up to 50 miles at times, therefore use of a car is essential.
