2x 28 hour, Facilities Supervisor, B3, Domestic Service Positions


The individual will be adaptable, self-motivated, able to prioritise their own workload and use their own initiative to achieve set objectives and all duties and tasks required by the Trust, to support the delivery of the Housekeeping Services.

Along with supporting the continuation of unity between County and Stoke Site practices through the meeting of key performance targets relating to the National Cleaning Standards guidelines around Infection Prevention, maintenance standards, PLACE and the reduction of hospital acquired infections.


As part of the FM Services Team, the FM Services Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily delivery of an efficient and effective customer focussed quality service, appropriately and on time.

The scope of the service being, but not limited to Cleaning and Residencies. Liaise with, and maintain business relationships with representatives of management within the Trust and other agencies as requested.


This role is both challenging and rewarding and will require an individual who is organized, consistent, has good leadership skills and a knowledge of cleaning processes, COSHH and Health & Safety.

The post holder will have the ability to plan, act and monitor their own and their teams performance with guidance and support from the FM Service Managers to meet the demands of the service.
