Car Bodyshop / Accident Repair Manager for Leading Bodyshop

Our client Neate Automotive is part of one of the South East's leading prestige accident repair groups (Sandown Coachworks).

They have recently opened a new bodyshop in Hanworth / Feltham, Greater London TW13 (SOUTH WEST LONDON) in addition to their 3 otherSurrey based group sites.


They are currently actively recruiting for a experienced Accident Repair Centre Bodyshop Manager ideally with VDA / Estimator skills as will be overseaing VDA department.

Role is due to expansion at their new 17,000 square foot state of the art facilityin Hanworth, recently fully refurbished.

Site is already BS10125 to structural aluminium and Ford Manufacturer approved as well as looking at several manufacturer approvals.


Role will involve Bodyshop Management and managing work through workshop, overseeing efficiencies oversea VDAs Estimates both Insurance And Private on Audatex, pushing up selling services, discussing repairs with customers / engineers, quality control ,updatingonline systems for insurance companies, updating work providers on progress of repairs via phone, adding images to EMACS and Audatex, ensuring all SLAs are met, dealing with supplementaries with engineers with VDA, dealing with engineer phone enquiries mustbe well presented with good communication skills And man management skills.

Role has lots of potential with the site doubling in size in next 6 months and some great well paying contracts on board.

You must be able to undestand P&Ls, profit, part discounts,staff effeciencies, staff management and recruitment, basic HR understanding,etc


THIS ROLE IS FOR A DYNAMIC EXPERIENCED MANAGER WHO CAN HELP DRIVE THE BUSINESS FORWARD AND IN RETURN BE REWARDED VERY WELL.

Sandown Coachworks are currenty one of the best performing bodyshop groups in the south east.

This is a full time role working 7.30am and 5.30pm.

You will also be required to join the Saturday morning rota working 8am-1pm no more than 2 Saturdays a month.
