Technical Sales Engineer

Location:
Based ideally South/South East


Salary:
Negotiable DOE.


Position Purpose:


To grow sales in a well-established sales area and to work with the sales team to deliver technical support across the range of products and services offered for pressure, temperature, testing, gas flow, liquid flow, electrical, dimensional, mass, and humidity.

To work with existing and to develop new customers.


Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in pressure, process or temperature calibration.
  • Ideally a relevant degree or HNC
  • Ideally have knowledge of process calibration, ISO17025, pressure, temperature and process calibration.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Technical support, planning, advice, and calibration architecture for customers nationally
  • To understand in detail the products of Additel, Fluke, Zweibel, Accumac and others
  • To be an expert in the field of calibration, in particular pressure, multifunction process and temperature.
  • Regular management of key accounts including periodic inperson meetings.
  • Develop new key accounts in line with company objectives
  • Work with the teams to enhance synergies and benefit from mutual customer opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training and seminars
  • Work with the marketing team to develop social media other marketing initiatives to promote the company products and services.
  • Work with the sales team to deliver the turnover and earnings objectives.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager
