Jade ward is a general and stoke rehabilitation adult inpatient ward in Edgware Community Hospital.We have dedicated rehabilitation Multi-Disciplinary Teams consisting of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Speech therapist, Pharmacists, Activities Coordinators, Rehab Support Workers, Care assistants and Housekeepers.
As a team, the aim is to support patients to regain function, confidence, self-respect and much more.

We are looking for a staff nurse to be part of the team in a challenging environment and to remain focused on enabling staff to deliver the Trusts core objectives of high quality patient care whilst supporting and developing the individuals within the team.
The individual will need to be focused on the patient experience to ensure all patients will have a positive and comfortable stay in the ward.

Each network has a champion who is an executive director at the Trust and they hold regular meetings to discuss issues and make plans to improve CLCH.
- To provide a high standard of care for all patients on the ward receiving a period of rehabilitation ensuring comfort and dignity are always maintained
- To support the ward team and patients to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes by adopting and promoting an enabling approach to care
- To work under indirect supervision of the ward manager and undertake task and duties delegated by registered nurses.
- To work collaboratively with the nursing team to meet the need of patients following policy and procedures
