What are we looking for?
We operate nationwide and are looking to hire a Senior Supervisor to lead our South East Teams. You must have experience in leading teams and be able to show the ability to run large projects.

Our business happens on a night, therefore you will be on nights to support and driving standards through your teams.

Teamwork and communication are vital in our business. You will be liaising with our Planning & Coordination Manager, Relationship Manager, Training Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

Starting salary is negotiated depending on experience. Van provided.


Daily Tasks you will undertake in the role:

1. H & S on Site Audits - Carry out audits in line with the template produced, identifying any trends or specific issues directly being caused by the work or the workers.


2. Post Clean Audits - Attend sites within 1 week of an extract clean and check all areas are cleaned to standard and identify in any areas aren't.


3. Keep on top of your teams stock levels - When carrying out H & S Audits, ensure guys vans are fully stocked and advise them to order more stock if not available immediately.


4. Site Surveys & Pricing - Survey sites, to determine access and create site access guides for your teams.


5. Regular Meeting with site teams - When carrying out H & S Audits (Monthly), sit down with the Supervisor and Operative; discuss any job specific issues they're encountering, any possible solutions to make the job easier and more efficient. Relay this back to the Line Manager in the weekly meeting.


6. Training (Technical and Site Specific Tasks) - Carry out regular refresher training on the technical/cleaning element of the job, along with checking competency on customer systems


7. PAT Testing - This is to be completed whilst on site with the relevant teams and items.


8. Ladder Tagging - This is to be completed whilst on site with the relevant teams and items.


9. Managing Your Teams Vans (MOTs/Servicing/Issues/Checks)

10. Covering jobs when needed for Illnesses or holidays
