Are you looking for an administrative and data role that makes a real difference to our Herefordshire community?

Do you have an empathetic manner when training someone you've not met before, to use a patient database management system? Do you have an eye for detail and are you able to respond to multiple requests in a calm and efficient manner?


Based in the beautiful village of Bartestree, approximately 5 miles east of Hereford city, St Michael's Hospice has been providing the highest quality care, free of charge, to the local community for over 35 years.


You will be providing Emis Web patient database training and ongoing support to the Care staff and administration and data checking support to the Clinical Admin and Data Manager, ideally on Wednesday's and Friday's weekly.


You will need to be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams and have a good working knowledge of Emis Web patient database system and also experience of providing administrative support within a health care environment.
