Risk and Compliance role - Holborn - 25k+

Monday - Friday - Full time in the office

The Company
This is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of London. With 45 partners and around 200 staff, the firm provides specialist legal services to private and commercial clients.

They are particularly renowned for their work in familyand private client law, and have a strong reputation in many other areas of law.

The Role

Full training will be provided, the team is very supportive.

The role may include the following duties:

Conducting Client Due Diligence, including screening for adverse media
Developing and delivering training, including for new joiners
Assisting with operational issues related to firm and client matters
Creating and implementing project plans
Responding to reports of suspicious activity
Signposting to relevant departments and agencies
Setting up and maintaining registers
Responding to regulatory enquiries and investigations
Maintaining Terms of Business and client care letters
Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
Conducting file audits and preparing reports and assessments
Handling complaints
Staying uptodate with developments in relevant areas
Developing effective systems and controls

Ability to work under pressure and be proactive/reactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail

Remuneration Package:
