Senior Site Manager - Tunbridge Wells, Kent


Start date:
Early January


Salary:
£65k+, Bonus and car allowance


We are currently working with one of the UK's biggest residential developers who are looking for a senior site manager to take a new build retirement residential project from start to finish.

The project will be 2 blocks of 3 storeys and will have 39 unitsapartments. You will oversee sub-contractors and an assistant site manager.


The project will need a senior site manager on a permanent basis to oversee the project and site team from groundworks to completion.


  • Being no1 on site
  • Experience on residential projects, multiple units.
  • Taking projects from start to finish
  • Experience with groundworks, externals and internals

Duties will include:
- manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force
- monitoring subcontractors
- checking materials
- inspecting work

  • Overseeing quality control
  • Keep project within timeframe and within budget
  • Scheduling work needed to not overlap
