We are looking for an Associate Director of Operations to join us

Core Duties/Responsibilities

Drive the processes and systems required to ensure the operational efficiencies of the agency.

Using project management (PM) systems, timesheets and reporting to work with teams to ensure the delivery, revenue, profit targets, so as to achieve optimal operational effectiveness, in line with the business and client expectations.

Managing Project Management Systems and Workflows

Leadership Engagement

Financial, c ompliance and client tracking
