Property Administrator

Salary £10.50 PH

Temp to Perm

Part time flexible - 16 hours per week

Hybrid working - mainly home base

Location - Maidstone - Kent base


Our client are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join their team working remotely, however close to Kent or the Southeast London areas.


As a Property Administrator you will be assisting the Senior Property Manager and Operations Director with managing a portfolio of residential properties in Kent, London and Essex.

They are a very fast paced sector however they aim to deliver efficient,effective and professional service to both their landlords and tenants.

You would need to be highly organised, driven to achieve deadlines and produce results.


We are looking for someone who is conscientious, hardworking, a team player and can just get the job done with attention to detail, high standards with minimum supervision.

Previous Property related work, PA or Administrative experience would be preferred.


Some duties will Include (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with listing new sales and lettings properties on all their portals
  • Managing and arranging viewings for both sales and lettings
  • Ensure all communication is recorded and the system is kept up to date
  • Manage the administration of all property compliance records
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, tradesmen, service provider, solicitors and other thirdparty agents
  • Managing the administration of property maintenance issues on the system
  • Managing the administration of tenancy process from pretenancy, during and after tenancy (deposit management, referencing process, Drafting Tenancy Agreements, Statutory notices etc)
  • Managing the administration of tenant rent arrears
  • Uploading documents onto the management portal
