Technical Associate to the Chief Commercial Officer, London UK

Details

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and curious person for the role of Technical Associate to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with a wide range of business operation tasks and projects both in the UK and overseas.
  • This role would be ideal for a postgraduate seeking a fastpaced role with progression opportunity, that has experience in business/marketing/commercial and preferably from an automotive background or similar.

Role Description

  • As a Technical Assistant to the CCO, you will provide support to the CCO acting with little oversight, anticipating needs while handling the daytoday workflow of the CCO, filtering and prioritizing numerous tasks and activities, analysis, preparation of materials and presentation of meetings as well as engaging in a wide variety of special projects.
  • You will work closely with the Executive Leadership team, connecting people, holding them to account for key deliverables and identifying support needed within the team acting as the CCO's notional 'Chief of Staff'
  • Provide a wide level of support that will allow the CCO to function more efficiently and effectively towards the achievement of the objectives of the company.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence for on behalf of CCO
  • Lead the twice yearly 'Long Term Planning (LTP) process across all commercial units.
  • Provide technical assistance to the CCO for the execution of the Strategic Plan
  • Develop reports and presentation slides as assigned by CCO
  • Working closely with Internal Communications to ensure that key strategic messages are provided clearly to the business.
  • Researching opportunities (events, projects, training, businesses, etc), and engaging networks relevant to the work of the Managing Partner

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing; preferably with a Masters degree
  • Experience within a global organisation
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience in management consulting will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Maintain composure during hectic times while being focus on deliverables
  • Highly discrete and confidential
  • Excellent Analytical approach
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
