Chingford, E4

Salary:
OTE £45k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has Estate Agency and team management experience and who lives within easy reach of the Chingford area.

You will be managing a team of
Sales Negotiators -so previous estate agency experience is essential and in particular, the ability to win new instructions for your team to sell.

You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to motivate and get the best out of your team.

You will manage the day to day running of the sales business and will be able to self-motivate and drive the business to a high level.

Skills:
The skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:

Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager
Listing / Valuations experience
Good understanding of the sales process
Excellent ability to build rapport
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to manage own time effectively
Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs/requirements when buying and selling a property
Managing, motivating and developing a team
Full Driving Licence
