Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:

Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues as necessary
Promote company products and services to customers

Experience:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with pointofsale systems
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £25,806.18 per year
