Role Overview

Be the face of emergency and critical care services
Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions
Provide updates to clients
Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance
Handle administration duties
Perform administrative tasks accurately

Working pattern
-
Week 1: Monday and Tuesday: 19:00-23:00; Saturday: 12:00-17:00 and Sunday: 17:00-22:00:

Week 2: Monday and Tuesday: 19:00-23:00 and Sunday: 17:00-22:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
