RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR - HYBRID - EAST SUSSEX

Job Title:

Hours per week: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Contract type: 6-month FTC with view to go permanent

Reed's client in the charity sector is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in delivering an effective and comprehensive recruitment service.

As Recruitment Administrator you will provide support, administrative delivery and guidanceto line managers, employees, and workers throughout the recruitment process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and friendly team in a worthwhile organisation.

This role is hybrid with two days in the office and 3 days from home and wouldsuit an experienced Recruitment/HR Administrator or somebody with the right transferable skills looking for a new opportunity.


What is the day to day of the role?

  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
  • Assisting with the preparation and activation of advertisements
  • Updating the ATS to track applicants effectively
  • Ensuring all employees have current DBS checks in place and arrange rechecks as necessary
  • Responsible for data management and general maintenance of all staff files

Required skills and qualifications:


  • Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database work
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a busy office environment
