Hyde is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
Hyde Group is one of the UK's largest housing providers, working across London, and the South East, With more than 100,000 customers.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team assisting with the preparation of the consolidated 5-year financial plan and 30-year forecast that accurately reflects Hyde's corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner
- Assist with the preparation of the financial plan process.
- Work with the Senior Financial Analyst to prepare the base case and model different scenarios as part of the financial plan process.
- Update assumptions used in the financial plan based on management input.
- Liaise with business partners and key stakeholders throughout the planning process.
- Assist with the preparation of the financial plan presentation.
- Assist with the preparation of the 30year financial forecast as part of regulatory returns.
- Improve and set up new financial models after completion cycle reviews.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- ACCA/CIMA partqualified accountant
- Advanced MS Office skills, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with large quantities of data and create relevant and usable outputs
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
