Description
HR Advisor/business partner within fast moving insurance group
Excellent opportunity for a generalist advisor who wants to progress their career by having total ownership for their own client group and dealing with cradle to grave HR issues in consultation with line managers.
You will be involved with:
Recruitment
Performance management and ER
Learning and development
EE lifecycle providing advice and guidance
Harmonisation for acquisitions
Input into reward strategies
EE retention and recognition
Policy development
Projects and initiatives, working with external bodies and committees
You will need:
- Min 3 years HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Graduate calibre with CIPD or studying towards this
- Able to demonstrate your ability to build effective relationships with the business
You should be:
- Self motivated with a drive to succeed
- Credible and knowledgeable
- Ambitious and able to work at pace whilst keeping calm
- Professional persona
- Flexible approach to work with a team orientated attitude.
