  • The Online Content Coordinator will be passionate about digital content with experience in planning and executing creative, yet commercial, online activations and campaigns across the Jo Malone London brand site
  • You will think innovatively to provide an enriched customer experience that both educates and inspires until the point of purchase

  • Managing all online content, you will support the wider Online Team with all onsite content uploads and all content optimisation. You will be an expert on backend content systems, responsible for actioning all CMS site updates for
  • You will champion operational excellence, liaising with various departments, including but not limited to Online Content, Online Trading, Global Design, Website Analytics and Optimisation, SEO, Global Site Optimization, Accessibility and Online Production, to deliver a bestinclass customer journey. Indeed, you will ensure optimal executions across all onsite areas, considering best practices for online asset optimisation at all times and treating site speed and performance as an essential feature of content creation.
  • You will also be responsible for live content on our brand site including virtual events and masterclasses.
  • Finally, you will closely collaborate with the wider Online Trading Team to report on the success of all forms of onsite content.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Online Trading Manager you will successfully drive the content strategy across the site for both BAU & new product campaigns, whilst supporting in broader digital projects. Bridging the gap between marketing and digital.
  • In the role, you will be key to aligning internal brand and global stakeholders to ensure the customer interacts with engaging content that aligns with business objectives and ultimately drives trade.
  • Develop and maintain the content calendar and strategy across all website touchpoints to align the narrative for each campaign to deliver an exciting, streamlined content plan that delivers high engagement and successful trade
  • Be fully aware of emerging trends, news stories and be reactive to variables i.e. changes in weather, to drive site content, consumer journey and messaging accordingly to drive conversion.
  • Own all planned and adhoc Brand Site updates & Refreshes in accordance with Trading Plans, Product Launches, Brand Campaigns and/or Innovation Updates (supported by the apprentice)
  • Responsible for ensuring all imagery and text is in the optimal format to deliver a bestinclass onsite consumer experience, taking into account any emerging insights from our Centre of Excellence including accessibility considerations, SEO best practices, site speed and performance learnings.
  • Responsible for the optimisation of all user journey's with relevant content blocks and imagery, reviewing these regularly with the Online Trading, marketing and Global.
  • In charge of updating homepage content based on realtime consumer behaviour insights onsite and adjusting page layouts depending on conversion reports from the Online Trading and Website Analytics and Optimisation Teams.
  • In charge of adopting a personalized approach to onsite content leveraging the capabilities of our thirdparty optimisation agency, to ensure that where possible, we serve divergent, hyperrelevant content to different audience groups aligned with activity in other channels.
  • Working with the online team
  • Work closely with the CRM and IM Team on Consumer Journey from all traffic driving channels to ensure landing page content is consistent across all initial site touchpoints.
  • Partner with Global Online Brand Team on all CMSbased functionality updates to maximise every Product Launch, e.g. gamification, ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to curate all onsite content to blend global and locallyrelevant content.
  • Build relationships with the relevant contacts in Global online to deliver on the global strategy and content rollouts
  • Proactively use data to drive decisions to optimise future content placements, briefs and work reactively to ensure continued high performance
  • Work with the Online Assistant Manager to analysis content and suggestion optimization amends
