To provide quality experiences and opportunities for all children within your care
To implement a daily working knowledge of all policies and procedures.
To follow routines and carry out planning on a daily basis
To work as part of a team
To safeguard all children within your care in accordance with Government guidelines
To ensure the health & safety of all children within your care

Main Duties

To be enthusiastic, show initiative and meet the needs of individual children within your care
To ensure your daily practices promote equality and inclusion for all children within your care
To take daily responsibility for a key working group of children
To observe key children and provide next steps
To laisse with parents and provide verbal feedback in relation to their children's day
To ensure excellent time keeping and attendance at all times
To maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times
