Office Manager - Sheffield - Circa £38,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly growing leading manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their team.
As Office Manager, you will lead a small team of 4/5 ensuring smooth running of the day to day operations ensuring daily goals are achieved.
The business is on track to double in size over the next few years, so it is a very exciting time to join as they continue on this journey.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Have overall responsibility of the office team managing purchasing, stock control, logistics, Health & Safety and Production
- Setting KPI's
- Managing daily workload and providing support when needed
- Training new members of staff and upskilling current members of staff when required
- Month end reporting
- Budgeting
- To design and implement office policies when required
- Ensure office efficiency by planning and implementing office processes
Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 3pm (Friday). 30 minute lunch and 15 minute morning break

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a purchasing or supply chain role
- Excellent computer skills (Sage experience desirable)
- Good phone Manner
- Organisation Skills
- Energetic + Proactive
