Description
Duties

  • Assist the Buyer in all aspects of the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products for the company.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Support the Buyer in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and improve overall efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts, HR and other tasking given by senior management.
Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role as an Assistant Buyer/ Admin or related position is preferred.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in using systems such as Job Costing, EQUE2, Sage
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Salary Depending on Experience

Full Time applicant preferred, part time also considered for the right applicant.


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
