Description

The 4 must haves for this role: Recognised and relevant qualification (see JD) and Registration with NMC or HCPC or other recognised professional body. Experience of working with hard to reach individuals with complex needs, dual diagnoses, and an ability to manage conflict and encourage motivation to change. Experience of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and multi-agency environment. Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites.
