Description
We are looking for an exceptional middleweight designer driven by creativity.


In this role, you will work as part of our global creative production team interpreting complex creative briefs and creating innovative output across a range of communications and multiple channels that will engage and inspire clients.

A typical week couldinclude executing client branded campaign assets, and ideation and branding for banking marketing collateral for print and digital.


You will be a self-motivated creative who thrives in a range of tasks; is prepared to challenge the status quo and bring a real energy to what you do.

You will act as a brand guardian by maintaining brand tone, standards and style on all designs, have apride for accuracy and be able to employ the latest techniques and trends and deliver work to the highest possible standards.

Your skill set shouldn't just be traditional, and you will be able to bring innovative solutions to the table. You work well under pressure, keeping your cool when challenges arise while looking for solutions. You're a team player who is not afraid to makea case for what you believe in.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create inspiring and exciting content from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation.
  • Advise clients on messaging, style, design, images and colour for presentation requirements and leverage the skills of the design teams to turn the concepts into presentations with impact.
  • Creatively interpret and work within brand guidelines to create effective and successful design solutions across print and digital outputs. Including motion and simple animation.
  • Shaping creative project from scoping and briefing and initial concepts to development, implementation and delivery.
  • Develop briefs with stakeholders, communicate and collaborate with them to deliver quality work.
  • Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
  • Create and manage our evolving brand toolkit and creative asset platform in a contemporary accessible way.
  • Ensure work is completed within time and budget and raise any concerns relating to deadlines early on. Ability to manage own time is essential.
  • Build and grow our identity system, from photography and iconography to key templates to ensure consistency.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring the materials created always meet brand guidelines and the creative brief and that quality control checklists and procedures are always followed.
  • Adhere to consistent industry standard design and production processes, while also identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.

Qualifications
> At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, consulting or financial services preferred

> Experience in presentation design, events and marketing communications essential

> Experience managing client expectations

> Adobe Creative Suite and Advanced PowerPoint Design skills

> Strong customer service ethos and proven skills

> Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization

> Ability to work under pressure in a demanding corporate environment
