As a division of the Anchor Hanover Group, we have eleven specially designed, purpose-built luxury care homes, providing 24-hour residential and dementia care in an elegant and state-of-the-art setting.

We are currently seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist to join our small, dynamic finance team based at our support centre in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be solely responsible for the purchase ledger function for eleven homes and our central function.

You will ensure all purchase ledger, personal expenses and utility transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

To ensure that all issues relating to the processing of purchase ledger transactions are correctly handled and cleared.
To have responsibility for ensuring that all correctly approved transactions are accounted for and in a timely manner.
To work with others to develop and implement ongoing improvements to the procurement, purchase ledger and payment processes.
To ensure that all payment transactions have been correctly approved and accounted for in accordance with company policy and procedures and the delegation of authority.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active with an excellent eye for detail with the dedication to see tasks through to completion according to strict deadlines.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, but of course, we will require an element of flexibility at times in order to meet the needs of the business.
