An IT Support Technician with hands-on experience with Office 365/O365, Networking, Firewall, Active Directory, Azure AD, MDM, and Windows is required by a multiple award-winning company within the Telecoms and IT provider sectors.

You will be working theevening shift from 5pm-1am.

Key Skills and experience:

O365/Office 36
Networking
Firewall (SonicWall or Draytek desirable)
Ticketing systems (ConnectWise desirable)
RMM platforms (Nable desirable)
Active Directory
Azure AD
MDM
Basic understanding of Powershell and CLI
3 years' experience in IT support (ideal but not essential)

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:

Providing efficient and effective IT Support
Continuously updating customers on the progress of incidents/tickets
Working with 2nd/3rd line team on more complex tickets
Seeing tickets through to resolution and properly escalating issues when required
Promote new products or services the company offers
