Overview:

We're seeking an Administrator to join our team and support us in our delivery of a wide range of activities, projects, and campaigns.


Responsibilities:


As an Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting the Marketing and Business Development team in achieving our objectives.


  • Managing diaries and appointments for the M&BD Director and 3 Managers, including daytoday organisation of internal and external meetings, as well as booking rooms; managing attendee responses and ensuring appropriate notifications/agenda and any related materials are sent to relevant attendees.
  • Supporting the Marketing & BD executives with various administrative tasks such as updating and producing documents relating to contact data for events and mailings.
  • Support marketing & BD tasks related to starters and leavers in the firm, such as organising professional photography appointments and uploading to profiles.
  • Helping with any requests to update documents needing to comply with our brand style
  • Supporting the tender team with the administration and upkeep of legal experience and standard supporting documents used in marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced administrative role.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and a good eye for detail.
  • Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters, respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and clients' matters.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite to a very high standard.
