Description

Our client, a highly successful fin tech company based in Amersham, is looking for a bright and motivated graduate to join them as a Corporate Services Assistant.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the financial servicesindustry to join a thriving and modern company.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop and grow with the company.

The position is paying a salary of £25k plus excellent benefits.

Duties include

Helping clients with technical enquiries
Liaising between clients and compliance regarding flagged inbound or outbound payments
Account reconciliation
Investigations into missing or unallocated payments
Working closely with all other departments of the business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Corporate Services clients

Skills/Experience

Degree level education is preferable
Previous experience in a bank or other financial or payments institution would be useful
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment
Excellent customer service skills
