The governing board are seeking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant to join our happy, welcoming Church school where all are encouraged to let their light shine by 'Living and learning together in the light of God.

'

Initially, this post will be to directly support learning in a 1:1 capacity under the guidance and support of the class teacher/SENDCo

  • Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school
  • Have a calm and nurturing attitude
  • Be able to facilitate children's learning in both 1:1 and small groups
  • Be willing to work directly with children with special educational needs
  • Be able to share information and have professional communication with the class teacher.
  • Have experience of working in a similar position in schools (or be willing to undertake training and further study
