What you'll do
As an eCommerce Client Executive, you will be working in one of the fastest-growing and dynamic areas of Sainsbury's, supporting the delivery of an exceptional digital experience for our customers.
Collaborating with Sainsbury's and Nectar360 teams, your primary responsibility will be to execute customer-centric activity for our suppliers on , aligning with our shared commercial business plans.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the eCommerce team by managing all administration and delivery processes associated with your assigned group of suppliers.
This includes owning the media booking and nomination process, acting as a project manager for various delivery processes, organising supplier training, and being the central point of contact for client information requests.
Your strong analytical skills will come into play as you prepare financial and web analytic reports, providing valuable insights to support your key colleagues.
Additionally, you will be responsible for updating supplier activation packs and web pages with relevant information in a timely manner.
