This is a rare opportunity To be responsible for SEND as an area of focus and champion those young people whilst developing staff pedagogy at leadership level is not a role that comes up often Why? Because once you have a role like this you won't want to let go of it Are you an aspiring Assistant Principal? Have you mastered the art of being a SENCO and want to take this to the next level? Have you been working within leadership already, can show impact and want to develop your skills in this setting? Have you got something special to offer this team? The successful applicant must be able to contribute as an outstanding teacher to both pupil outcomes and teacher development, because we want the best practitioners in our classrooms.

- motivated, dynamic, have good personal management skills & good relationships and the ability to work collaboratively both within the Academy and with partner schools. This role isn't for anybody that isn't ready to walk the walk.
